b16a1 Performance Budget?

hi im lookin to spend about 1k on my b16a1 and i was thinking on what are the best performance parts that can make the most power for about 1k or a bit more. thx alot for any help.

buy a turbo and manifold and BOV and intercooler and wastegate.

tuning stuff, vacum lines and shit like that will put you justover 1k
