<span style='font-family:Optima'> my hatch is still in the shop, now the problem it has is the engine will crank turn on for a sec then shut off. The injetors been checked, the fuel pump is working and the ecu isnt throwing any codes any help would be appreciated.</span>

check your timing on your distributor, that was my problem when I put my motor back in.

problem got fixed, seems like it was electrical, the wires that went to the fuel pump were jacked so when rhe car asked for more fuel, more voltage to the pump it couldnt respond cause the wires were jacked, the technician couldnt believe the car was still running, at the end the wire gave out.
