does running the b18b with all obd 0 stuff make it emissions legal...i was told by someone it wasnt but i dont belive him...sumone prove me right or wrong

depends on what state you live in and how picky they get.Actually it is not suppose to but most dont look that close.

You usually just have to have all the emission control items that came on your car hooked up and functional in order to pass visual inspection.
