B18b valve/head

I am purchasing a B18b with bad valves. I was going to replace them with stainless steel or titanium, but after talking to a friend, he just told me to get a new head. Which one should I go with? Any help on locating either parts would help.

really no need to replace the head unless its really damaged, sometimes you can find a loaded head for less then it would cost to replace the valves though....just run a google search ebay etc I got lucky and found a full set of valves on ebay for $40 good luck

All depends on what "bad valves" means.. Why exactly are they "bad"?

The guy i talked to didnt exactly tell me wat was wrong with the valves. But i wanna build it so it pushes around 200hp, and i want more torque (no turbo, supercharger)
