Does a B18C head bolt directly onto the LS block? If so what else will I need in adittion to a full LS swap to make the Vtec head and timing capabilities run properly?

Well I got a B18C head, looks near perfect condition with intake and exhaust manifold from work for free. That should help me out down the road Now I just gotta focus on getting a LS in my damn EG:/
