Dont listen to this guy, It is just simply throw a vtec head on and drive off, you have to rebuild the bottom end to withstand the high revs a VTEC head loves. What route do you want to go (turbo or NA) and what is this for, (autoX, drag, daily driver, ect.) Also, how much money do you want to spend?
If you dont want to go turbo, buy a cold air intake, good header, cat, and catback exhaust system. Next if you want a better valve train, get some good cams with retainers, springs, and valves.
