If the PCV valve is good, rattles when shaken, passes air, etc... then it sounds like a bad or incorrect hose.
PCV hose should be stiff not able to be squeezed easily, so that it can stand up to vacuum.
You can get a brand new Honda OEM hose for about $20
Fairly cheap to swap that out. Might find another issue once that is cleared up, but might as well start with the cheap and easy options
