yeah you can put a c5 head on a Gsr, but i do believe the GSR comes with a closed chamber cylinder head, so if thats the case then stick with the GSR and just get a set of CTR cams... if you wanna so more head work then thats even better
but if you have your mind set on a type-r head then i got one for sale, hit me up
