Depends on what year "LS" cams you are talking about.

They are the same as B18B cams, but they are slightly more agressive than the ones from the B18a.

Actually...

92-98 LS Cams are virtually the same. (MT only)
99-01 are the most agressive (MT only)
B20 Cams are not like LS cams. the arent as aggressive.
