both rear quaters are rotted out

both my rear quarter panels are rotted out . i had them fixed at macco but a year later they started to bubble up again. schould i spend the money to replace them with factory replacemets? i have a price from a body shop for 1000 each side plus labor.

find somebody who will cut them out and weld em,probably be alot cheaper but as far as the price goes always check a few body shops and when you pick it up try to bring someone who has worked in the business before. I go w/all my friends and have yet to pick up a car the first time the body shops say it's done....always halft to redo or clean something
