Camshaft dx

After i swap my dx's fuel injector for an si's mpfi should i change the cam shaft out? i cant remember but i thought i read that i should switch it to a d16 stage 2?

you don't need to change it to an si camshaft, but you can if you like.

will that give me a faster car? otherwise wouldnt my rpms go up high but get no more power.
