cels and ecu?

I just bought a 91 crx with an obd1 b16a. The check engine light was on and when I checked things it was running codes for injectors, cyp, iacv, and vtec pressure switch. I checked the ecu and its a p28 that doesn't seem to be chipped. So then would the ecu be the problem or do I need to check everything first

you need to have a chipped ecu either way

Well wouldn't it work to just get a p30
