I am trying to figure out what the acceptable tolerance for a cylinder bore would be for a d series motor would be for using stock rings and pistons. 75mm -.xxx?

I think he means cyl to piston wall clearance, since he said he wants to use stock pistons and rings. I believe that is .0004 to .0020. Stay closer to the small number for street with cast pistons and closer or even more than the big number if using forged, which should come with recommended clearance printed in the box.
