I Just got done ripping down a d series block and replacing piston rings and stuff and i have the engine back together now but how do i get the timing belt on right? How do I know where the valves should be in relation to the pistons so I can get that timed right? Does anyone know of a site that really goes into detail of how to do that? or can anyone help me here? Thanks <_<

do you have a manual???? (helms or other brand)
if so there will be a very good section on setting the engine to TDC
if not, your a dumbass for not having one .... get your ass to the store and buy one before you destroy your engine by putting it back together all fucked up

hey all i said was he needs to "have" one.... he doesnt need to "own" it....
i "had" one it just happened to be yours ;)

Yes I do have one and I looked through and read all that stuff but i guess i must have overlooked that. Thanks smartass.
