d15 question

i know someone that is going to sell me a 1.5 d15 and he says that it has 237 HP but other people tell me that it isnt possible. i want to know if it is possible, he says that he put a racing cam, forged pistons, a new computer and he says it have alot of the sensors like oxygen and a few temperatures. along with a few other things.

the only way it could have that much hp is if it is built out the ass and turboed
