From what i've read and heard, you almost always have to swap a few connectors, lenghten some wires here and there, and change the ecu. Also if the motor is obd2 and the harness is obd1 i believe that you have to adjust some of the sensors such as the o2. I could be wrong on this but at least its a start =D
