D16Y8 Manifold to D16Y7

I swapped my D16Y7 intake manifold for a D16Y8 and have a perpetual check engine light problem. What should I look for to fix this?

Will the engine light code (flash) or do I have to get it read at the shop?

There is a blue connector in the passenger side footwell,

jump it and watch for the CEL to flash, count the flashes then use this link 88+ ECU Error Codes to figure it out.
