if there is any, it will be with the cam.. i know with some honda's the automatic will not have as much of an agressave cam as the standard does.. but i dono if that holds true for the z6..
i have z6s out of an auto and a manual. there is no difference in them. the only difference between the auto and manual is that there is more hesitation in an auto because there is no clutch for you to use to launch at a higher rpm instead of launching at idle (unless you have a stall converter). i strongly do not suggest revving in neutral and throwing it in drive if you want to keep an auto tranny, but im pretty sure you already knew that.
