do you take the top off when you race, or is it required?

It is bolted down. It is not required though because the hoop in the rear goes over the head.

Probably May 3-4 up at Thunderhill. I'm doing A LOT of work on it right now. I'm installing guages, camber adjusters, new ball joints, new wheel bearings, brake ducting, oil cooler, and hopefully putting in the B18c.
