Distributor rattling

Can somebody help me . I hear rattling sound coming out of my distributor of my b18b1 engine at cold startups and when idling it rattles untill the engine warms up it stops .What can this be?

get a new distributor. this happens every now and again, the bearings inside break down and you start chewing up rotors and caps. Just pick on up from you local rebuilder. The same thing happened to my buddies Z6 a few months ago.

werd. this just happened to me about 3 weeks ago. needed a new distributor.
