This is my first post here. I'm in the market to buy a Honda Civic Hatch, probaly 92-95. If I dont get an Si, I wanna swap with a JDM B16 series (B16A2) or a USDM D16Z6 from the Si. Which one would be the best swap with the ECU? I know the tranny's are hydro and the mounting wont be a problem but I'm not good with the whole electronics deal. Please help!

You should get a new ECU with the swap.

Do the B series for sure too. B16 will beat out a D16 any day of the week when it comes to performance, parts availability... pretty much everything.

Most swaps you buy come with the ecu.For the B use the p30.Z6 uses a P28 both plug right into your cars existing harness.

Thanks, i appreciate that. I wasn't sure about the whole ECU thing. But seeing how I get the new ECU, this should be a breeze.
