again.. i'm not sure what the fuck a vxi is, but if you had a p28, and you now want to plug in a p30, yes it will work... 92-95 are interchancgable.

I'm not sure about the air/fuel,but the euro p30s don't run a knock sensor.So your fine with it.And yes it plugs right in.
