All the type r mounts will work except you need a 99/00 Civic Si B16A2 rear trans mount. Also I would get a EK engine harness out of a EX. It will have VTEC plugs already. But JDM motor of this type doesn't have VTEC oil pressure plug. It won't be needed if you run the JDM ECU.
Only part needed to add to the EX harness is the knock sensor plug that you'll have to route to the ECU (should be on the type r harness). I don't think that Type R ECU will have an immobilizer but you'll need to research this stuff more. You can bypass this stuff with a chipped ECU that has knock sensor deleted and a base map of your motor. But this may need you to also get a jumper from OBD1 to OBD2(A). But this
may lead you to needing a USDM VTEC parts on your motor.
Hit up google and you can learn a ton about such swaps.
Any 94-01 Integra axles will work.
In general....it's not that hard to swap but.....not as easy as some may portray it to be.
