So I did this b18c1 swap with a buddy in febuary.

Online it says stock d16 engine mounts work with b18

I use stock mounts to find that the engine is too high, and we use spacers for the time being before I get proper mounts.

Ive been searching far and wide for the right mounts bc every time, it says both d16 and b18 fit which is scaring me. Don't wanna buy mounts just for them to be the same height.

Does anybody else have this issue? are there any lowering spacers or mounts that I need to get? Is it even the mounts!? Don't think ppl have this issue much bc I haven't seen anybody post about it. Probably bc everybody did the right thing in the first place lol. Thanks!

it is possible the mounts are incorrect which set did you get, how is the geometry with the axles and hubs? they put a b16 in this car in another trim but lots of folks put b18s in...

you need the b-series mounts, not the d-series on the rear mount with the iron bit attached to the block. The side mounts (trans and timing belt) are nearly identical if i recalls. it should close without issue with the correct b-series mounts.

if you don't have the stock ones from your swap engine, you can get an aftermarket set for a reasonable price
there's generic china versions of these on ebay and amazon too if budget doesn't allow for the real deal

Was looking for that pic earlier to post
Got side tracked
Forgot all about it

I can absolutely vouch for the real hasport mounts
Fit and finish is amazing

I just used stock mounts from the d16z6

The axels don't seem to be angled in any weird way from a quick glance

Thanks for the guidance! I'm still a bit confused though because I bought the rear mount for an obd1 integra which is the b series one I'm pretty sure. Is that the wrong one?

Seems like a needa buy those hasport ones.

the integra mount should work fine.
but you need the bracket part too, not just the rubber/bushing part of it.
