will a manifold from an ex fit a dx on a 03?

The quick answer is no. The dx manifold has an integrated cat converter while the ex does not. You cannot interchange the top sections that bolt to the head. You may however be able to interchange everything cat forward from an EX. (manifold, downpipe, and cat)

yea i looked there already...i was trying to find something cheaper. the best deal i could find was 299

When my manifold cracked I bought a Megan Racing header for $150 new. I have an 04 dx, you just have to put a cat under the car after.
