exhuast header choice help

need to choose between full 4-1 and the new tri-y style header for a b16 with 12.0:1 cr

which way i have to go ????????????????????????????????????????????

That all depends on what you/whomever will be using this particular engine for..
4-1 is more for upper RPM's
4-2-1 is for more torque in the lower RPM's (some say gets better scavenging and a smoother running)

I would go with a Hytec Tri-y replica header, they can be had new for under $200. They are a great header for high reving high compression Vtec motors. Check out Ebay for one. I use a no name 4-2-1 on my B18B1 and it works well for my set up. I am building a Vtec head now and am thinking on going with this header.
