Have you ever swapped a Honda engine in general? I mean, literally, auto zone sells a honda swap book haha. It's a pretty direct swap you're talking about since you don't car about retaining PS.

That's a bolt-in swap. You can reuse the stock mounts. The only thing you'll need to do is wire up VTEC (assuming that the engine is the same OBD as the chassis). If the engine is OBD2, then you'll need a conversion harness...
