is it possible to put a non vtec h23 under a h22A head?
if so, why hasn't anyone done it?
wouldn't it be like an LS/Vtec?

yes

plenty of people have done it

similar yes


but if you already have an H22 its pointless
its like swapping an LS block to your GSR engine... there is SLIGHT gains to be had from it ... but for the money you could get more elsewhere
