GSR in ef speedo cable question

If I am doing an obd1 gsr swap into my 91 civic, which speedo gear would i use, will the ef cable go directly into the gsr tranny speedo gear asssembly? I believe they are different...

Ok, I have one but, it has 3 outputs on it, are there power steering lines that go to it?

They are different but they have the same tooth count on the gear. Use the SOHC one, it looks better and you dont have to modify the top of the sensor to get the cable to go in the hole.

The 90-93 integras have powersteering, thats what those line are for. you dont need them if you use the integra sensor. Plug them though.

Can i use the one from my d15b2 automatic that i will be pulling in a few weeks?
How did you squeeze the 94 teg cluster in your ef, does it fit flush with the trim?
If i were to use the 94 teg cluster with my OBD1 gsr swap couldnt I just get a 95 GSR speedo cable and use the gsr speedo gear that comes with the tranny?

Heres a pinout i made for a 90-91 Crx/Civic Si to 94-01 ls/gsr/type r cluster. It actually kind of works out nicely the way these clusters are designed. when mounted in the civic dash anyway, can't vouch for crx, the bottom 4 indicator lights you can't see at all. the 4 lights are for maintenance required, low fuel, cruise, and SRS. luckily our cars don't need or have any of these features so it works out lol

i just used the speedo gear and cable from my ef and popped it into my 95 gsr trans..worked so far. aaand was that teg cluster in the ef hard to do? the 94 uses an electrical vss howd you get the speedo to work?

i wired up a 92-95 civic electronic vehicle speed sensor
