H22 Swap For 90accord

I have a 90 accord ex, which i use for daily driving. i am thinking about doing a h22a swap on it. i have been looking online for engines. found 2 that i like@jdmhondaparts.com. the 2 i found are;
h22a prelude type-s 2.2liter 220hp
h22a euro accord type-r 2.2liter 220hp
Now, both of these are direct bolt on for 94-97 accords. i am wondering if it would be possible to use either one of these for my 90 accord??
how much do i expect to spend for the complete swap/?
what other mods can i do to my car as far as performance goes after this swap?? ..if it is possible???

yes you can do it ... it is pretty expensive to do it though (about $4000) i think.... look for ima2nr he has this setup ... this has been covered pretty well just do a search
