You're an idiot.
The Prelude's ECU is one of the least tuneable Honda ECUs there is. And chips that you simply throw into your ECU without tuning are garbage. Tuning is not a "one-size-fits-all" type of deal. You don't just throw a "Spoon" chip in your ECU and call it good, that's how you destroy your motor. The proper way to do it is get your ECU chipped and setup for tuning, and then take your car to reputable tuning shop and have them tune it on the dyno.
If the engine is going to stay stock, then there's really no need for a chip at all. Just run it on the stock ECU. If you're planning on building the motor or tuning in the future, then get yourself a P28, and then have it chipped and tuned to run an H22.
