im asking about this for a friend of mine.
its a obd1 jdm b16, in a 97 civic hb hes running a p72
problem: car runs fine, has vtec, then one day on the parkway, it starts running like shit, shuts down, and the ecu blows out. he opens the hood, sees nothing wrong, gets towed home cause obviosly the car wont start from the ecu being fried. turns out one of his injectors cracked, allowing fuel to enter the area on the injector where it plugs to the harness, in turn causing a short.
new injector, new p72: it happened AGAIN! WTF!
anyone have any ideas? no cel's
thanks
