ls low end build

best way to build low end tq on a ls motor?? i plan on putting a turbo on next summer.. but for over winter?? would cam shafts and other things contribute... and what type of gains can i look to see ?? thanx guys

84mm sleeves, Nice 9:1 pistons, crower rods and all new bearings, washers, seals, etc. for the bottom.

don't leave out the valvetrain tho, if you want to run some good turbo cams and you don't plan to run past 8k, just get your valve springs and retainers from a b16a or a gsr.
