I got a 91 teg and i already have a B17 (2nd Gen GSR) head ready for it but my engine is OBD0 and there is no OBD0 VTEC ECU so what ECU would be compatible? ;) oh by the way, the B17 is OBD1
 
pr3, same ecu used with first gen b16a's...you would probably want a chipped pr3...so you can get rid of the speed limiter found on jdm ecu's.
 
then get a vafc and get the car tuned. the fuel curves will be different...or you could convert everything to obd1.
