Mahle pistons for h22

has anyone heard of the mahle pistons that you dont have to sleeve the block before you put pistons in them?

anyone had experience with them??

i posted about em in the other topic. Ive heard of them, and ive heard you dont need to sleeve, but further than that, i have not used them nor do i know anyone who has.
