Haha, I didn't mean it that way. I have seen the same thing done a few times, and it usually comes out looking like hell. Yours looks good

Lol thanks, not going to even try and say it was easy... If it werent for the fact that i had a spare, it would have ended up looking like crap... And i had to figure out how to connect the existing automatic cluster's circuit board back in to the rear plug, because it would t idle worth a damn.. Maybe ill take it back out and take some pictures of what was actually done to get this whole thing to work if it gets slow at the shop.... All i wanted to do was lose the prnd321 in the middle of the tach... And look what happened!!! Lol

Put the winter boots on

As far as my last post goes... I feel stupid that i put the snow tires on... We have had less than 3 inches of snow all winter combined and tomorrow is supposed to be like 60 degrees... But with my luck, as soon as i took them off, we would get a record setting snow storm and id be screwed...

Its been pretty slow at work, so i decided to install more of the supporting parts that the high comp engine build is going to need... Msd blaster coil, breather tank,

I also put in the shift extender... Combined with the b&m short shifter, its gotta nice feel to it.

Its been a while, a couple of weeks back, radiator sprung a leak, so i bought a mishimoto unit. (Had one in the integra that was stolen, never had an issue). Installed the h brace, and the polyurethane bushings on the steering rack. Installed the wide band o2 sensor and the supporting aem gauge ( for the engine swap coming sooner than later i hope) bought my tires, and installed the header that i ordered... Currently waiting on an o2 sensor...

Had some clearance issues with the combination of the thicker aluminum radiator, and the aftermarket header, made the fan and shroud contact the header. Had to trim the fan to fit... It'll work for now, but I'm looking into a slim fan... Just not really looking forward to mount the slim fans with the traditional method of stuffing zip ties thru the radiator itself... Might have to fab up some brackets and come up with something decent that will hold up over time... I need to mount two fans... One for the radiator, one for the a/c.

I thought of putting the aem gauge in a pod on the pillar... But i dont want to attract any attention from the fuzz... That and it would probably attract attention from thieves... So i looked around and saw that people have put them in place of the dimmer... Install was pretty straight forward, and pretty clean too! I like that its right within view without being too obstructive and obvious...

It's a life changing event on the order of the first BJ. I got mine at age 9/10 in a 425 HP 409 powered 1963 Chevrolet Impala - nice loooooonggggg smokey burnouts with lots of fishtailing from both rear tires...... Almost 50 years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday. Same goes for the BJ.

You're a good dad, had a good dad. Start 'em young and ruin them for life....

yea... my dad got in a lot of trouble in that car, and when him and my mom had me, she told him to get rid of it... so he did the next best thing... he put it away is a moldy, muddy garage that eventually rotted it out... but while i was growing up, i guess the old man would get a little nostalgic and fire the bad boy up (440 six pack with 4 on the floor) get it running decent, drive around with me and right before he would put it away, a looong smokey burnout the length of a chicago city block before locking up the brakes (rust) and backing it into the garage for the next couple of years.. he drove it when i was little... taught me how to stick shift in it (bench seat) he pressed the clutch, i shifted... but then he put it away.... that was prob around whe i was about 4 or 5.. brought it out again when i was about 7-8, and a few times again before finally seeing that it was too far gone and selling it to his douche college buddy when i was about 14.... such a badass car... and my son's first burnout experience was when he was about 5... sat in my lap, held the steering wheel with me, saw and smelled the smoke, loved it.... ah, the hand me downs of life!!!
