electricity is the LEAST CLEAN ENERGY SOURCE we have available. It's also the most expensive.

the coal plant that fed your lines to your house burned emissions, and now you'll be using more of it to charge your car.

Just like home heating, electric is STILL the most expensive option. oil is one of the cheaper fossil fuels. Obviously stoves are the cheapest, but thats not a commercial energy source, so to speak.
