sup, i recently stuffed a b16a into a 91 dx hatch and ran into the same problem... there are three grounds, one near the starter/thermostate housing, one under the battery tray, and the most obvious is the last located on the radiator support beside the driverside headlight... double check the wiring harness connections as well.
