odb0 vs obd1

im converting from obd0 to a p28 ecu.
i have a conversion harnes from boomslang fabrication, but after what i can see is there only wires to one o2 sensor.
is this correct?

yes, OBD1 ECU's look for (1) 4-Wire oxygen sensor. You will need one for the obd conversion. I have one for sale, PM me if interested.
