My personal preference for oil cleaning is brake parts cleaner. eats that shit up.

best thing is to use a good paint striper seems to take everything off

i would not reccomend using paint stripper as it is going to strip the finish off the pan itself...just use a couple cans of brake clean and some pink stuff degreaser after and wash it all off with water and ull be good to go

Degreaser and highpressure washer, best bet.
