Yep it is, but it has a ~9:1 AFR instead of gasoline's 14:1 so you end up burning a lot more fuel.

wow. On a positive note, you could probably lean it out a bit and not worry about knocking, all you'd have to worry about would be frying rings... water injection + e85?
