Since i am leaving for boot camp in a few days, i had to cut weight. The recruiters gave me some diet where you cut 10 lbs. in 3 days. I tried it and actually did lose about 9 pounds. you eat 3 meals a day and stuff, but i dont like most of the stuff on it. If you want it i can write it out on here.

part 1 failed due to lack on intrest... or something. basically, i got bored with it... something thats very easy for me to come by.

Blanco, losing 30 lbs isn't that tough when its all stupid fat weight...
its harder to loose the 30-40 than it is for me to lose the 0-30 area.

most of you guys think im just, well, fat... but underneath the coat, im pretty built already.

since no one is here to take pics of me, and my arms are only so long, i couldn't get any good full shots so to speak.

but, here we go. Before:

so as you can see, i already have a decent amount of mass... its just the stupid coat of fat that needs to go.

and she is.

and for the record, no, Marci has nothing to do with this.
ok, maybe a little bit, but she definitly did not put me up to it.

I think it was Martine that nagged him to do it...she keeps saying to quit smokeing, and to work out...hrmmmmmm.....I think she has succeeded.

lol F you. i just got a hair cut yesterday, so yeah, it shows more than normal.

haha

i am about 5'8'' and 125 lbs. and "dark hand" i'm sorry but the 1% body fat would be completely unhealthy. you'll either be a dead stick, or an arnold schwartzenegger body builder. those are the only ways to have such a low body fat. you're probably like 6-7% at the lowest.

but i've heard of some stuff to do. mainly, like everyone else says, stay off the simple sugars. (if you want, look up some organic chemistry stuff on the internet or a book, and you'll begin to understand how fat molecules and stuff like that work.) basically, fatty acids are a good thing. that's why the atkins diet is so popular. fat from animals (meat) is a good thing, of course, not in excessive amounts. stay away from trans-fats as well as the simple sugars. in the good fatty acid molecules, the chemical bonds between the carbons and hydrogens are "cis" on the same side of the carbon carbon double bond. these things are liquid at room temperature (oils) . olive oil, safflower oil, and that sort are most healthy.

\ = / (i hope you will understand my pics.)basically, these cis bonds, cause kinks in the fatty acid tail and don't allow them to stack on top of eachother. that's why they're liquid at room temp.

on things called trans-fats, the "cis" bonds are switched to "trans" bonds.

\ =
\ (kinda like that)

anyways, these bonds are on man-made fatty acids. things like margarine and that bad shit are to be greatly avoided.

on the fat molecule like butter, there are no double bonds. they have an amino acid head and the fatty acid tail are those squiggly looking pictures in chemistry class. /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/ all those are, is carbon carbon bonds, and on each bond, there are hydrogens.

sorry if i confused the hell outta you guys. in my college chem class, i was pretty confused too.

B, I lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks simply but cutting down on the portions of food i ate...didn;t really change my diet.....Course, i gave up but i went from 195(i'm 5'10 to 187...if i stuck to it i could have lost more easily......though i was working out too on the total gym as well...But if you eat alittle better and less portions and eat maybe 4 times a day.....you could meet that goal in 3 months or so....don;t try to loose to much to fast...

ok sorry, i'll rephrase.

meat=YES

oils (olive, canola, etc)=YES

simple sugars=NO

reasonable amounts of carbs (rice, taters, etc.)=YES
but try to refrain from late nite snacks on chips and shit like that

trans fats (margarine)=NO

veggies= BIG YES

Eat a normal well balance diet, and work out for 20-30 minute durations of cardio in the fat burning level. Stay in the aerobic area. If you run too hard, or whatever exercise you choose, then your body will switch to anaerobic and you will lose the fat burning effect. You will burn 200-400 calories a shot working out like this. You'll get used to it, and it will get easier. Also, your metabolism will raise, and more calories will be burned while sitting down than most people burn walking.

I've lost 12 lbs in just over a month. I'm 6'0" and 201 as of today. I have mass, but I'm not chubby anymore. I eat plenty, and am definitely satisfied. I switched from junk to fruit for snacks, drink less pop, and work out four days a week.

I bet you could lose more than 15 pounds in a month B, but do it the healthy way. Any more weight loss than that, and it will come right back.

If you can believe it, I don't work out on the weekends. I drink like a fish on Friday and Saturday, and eat fast food. I lose a pound or so over each weekend. Metabolism is your friend.

<<<<<<<Eating Safeway chinese food right now........ :)

B I just picked up a 6 pack of Diet Rite "made with Splenda" this stuff is good shit!
also Diet DP rocks! but only if you buy it in a can the 20oz ver of it for some reason takes like crap

Why don't you take some better before pictures?
A great picture for seeing how much weight you've lost is a side shot. Try to get your whole upper body in the shot, from at least your hips up, also do a front shot once again showing your whole upper body from hips up "showing your love handles", and also a nice back shot spreading your back, as if you were showing off your back muscles.

In 2 months take another set of pictures just like that and post them side by side on here. =)

Oh yeah I almost forgot! Before you go to the gym MAKE SURE your GB your balls.

have you ever seen me smoke weed?

so we're even

doubtful.

to be even, id have to smoke pounds of weed a week to keep up with your habit. :)

id be lucky to smoke 1 cigg packs worth of weed in 2 months. its not that important. its like drinking to me. when its there its there. :shrug2:

yo b...you know what helps out tremendously! drink diet sodas instead of regular...i dont know if you're much of a soda drinker, but for me, i love it. me and my friend had a bet going of who could lose the most weight in a month. I went from 227 to 210 simply by drinking diet sodas and not eating fast food. I excercised for like 2 days then gave up, but i still lost 17 pounds. I gained a little back, i'm 215 now, but really, just giving up those burgers and soda's makes a huge difference...

i rarely eat fast junk food. and im not a big soda drinker either.
i'm all about these fruit20 water things and energy drinks :)
