i am about 5'8'' and 125 lbs. and "dark hand" i'm sorry but the 1% body fat would be completely unhealthy. you'll either be a dead stick, or an arnold schwartzenegger body builder. those are the only ways to have such a low body fat. you're probably like 6-7% at the lowest.

I have no idea what my body fat percentage is actually, I was just estimating. :D

well, i can't straighten out my arms today. lol my bi's are so sore and tight its not even funny.
i think im taking tonight off and working on the car instead. gotta install a new pusher fan.

cuz lord knows, i can't do shoulders tonight. lol

yeah, and i've been stretching like every 5 min here at work all day. haha. i really killed my bi's... the lower part right by the forearm

losing weight sucks. i want to get down to 200 (where i was in HS), im at 232 since i went to the doctors on monday.... being fat sucks.

Yeah, that also means your tendons are too short for how big your bi's are.

I'd do 21's if I were you, if you really wanted to trim up your bi's.

Don't just do 1 or 2 kinds of a muscle group work out. Mix it up,

EX: 1 week hit Hammer curls, and preacher curls, followed with a light resistance pully bi work out of some kind to loosen them up at the end of the work out.

Another week do like bent bar curls, and sitting regular dumb bell curls and some light weight sets of 21's. etc.

If you do this enough, you can hit all sides of the muscle, and not just one distinct area. This works for almost all muscle groups btw. I figured out I did it wrong for the first 5 months I was lifting by only doing standing standing bent bar and hammer's, leaving the outside of my bi, not worked enoughat all.

Cardio is good for burning fat, but make sure you're taking atleast glutamine 3x a day so your muscles don't break down enough that you're using them as nutrients and not fat, because that's what happens first when you start running.

ALso don't do it for 6 weeks, make a life style change. It makes the biggest difference, if I can access a digi one day, I'll post my before and afters of a year. It's pretty hardcore if you ask me. I was 210lbs 33%bf and now I'm 155lbs 11%bf but this is using the pinch test.

Another thing to know is stay away from High Fructose Corn Syrup, its found in everything, mainly stuff, like frozen yogurt, that seem healthy, but really aren't that great for you.

Me or Brian? I still retain full range of motion- my personal trainer (when I still had money) just tore the shit out of my muscles when I started working out.

what exactly are preacher curls? i already do sitting bent bar curls, standing bent bar curls(both narrow and wide grip) hammer curls and a straight bar pulley curl. i havent done 21's in a while.

The more I stretched, the faster I made gains. And most importantly, I could still reach the middle of my back and wipe my ass without turning half way around.

Holy crap I never even thought about musclebound people having those problems, losing flexability due to muscle gain... :D

So not everyone can put their legs over their head, or reach their left arm behind their back and grab their belly button from the right? :P

lol - yeah, i'm having the same problem... lol hell, i have a hard time hoisting myself out of a seat with my arms. :D

Yeah, I'm still working on touching my toes....

And calesta, I was talking to B. If it still hurts after awhile, I had this problem, and it was due to my tendons where my bi's being too short for the girth(which isn't any at all).

Preacher curls, are when you sit/stand and you have a flat pad that is bent down at a -45degree angle, putting all the resistance on your bi's and inner forearms making it so they get solely worked. It is very good, but man, you can seriously hyperextend shit doing them if you don't have a spotter or if you get to lock too much, I do like every other month, and it hurts the worst the next day.

man, i just cant picture what you are talking about.

*edit* oh wait, is it a little bench where your armpits are on the pad, and it goes out in front of you? if so, that is what i mostly do, if anything, my other bicep workouts are lacking. my bi's are not too big, but they are alot stronger than they look, probly from doing those so much.

Lol Brian, you and I have identical builds...I'm 6'2" 246 lbs. I need to get on the pissedoffdiet as well :(

But i'm not sure how well smoking chronic and exercise go together
