Well, my friend an I just completed his swap at 4:30 yesterday morning, and when we got out on the road for a test drive we were supprised to hit VTEC at about 4700 on the tac. Teh swap was a first gen B16 into a 2nd gen Teg, and the ECU is a PR3. What I'm wondering is whether the ECU is chipped, or if it should activate VTEC at that RPM.
