coffee. everynight, i have a cup around 9pm... $1.90

thats 40 bucks right there.

My Boss has a house in Queens, right on the LI border, 500k and its a tiny ass 3 bedroom house. He rents his fuckin basement, like 300 SQ FT for $900 a month.

In the past 4 months, since I decided to buy a house, I've saved up $4500, without selling anything. My GF, who sold her MR2, has $10k, and she made less than me. It IS possible to save money.

In the next 12 months I predict a savings of $30,000 at that rate. That's without killing our living -we have utilities, a nice rent and tons of bills to pay. If I can get the proper money for my cars, then I'll be that much better off. Saving IS possible.

My advice to anyone willing to listen: Stop making stupid purchases.

I'll eventually want to buy a house. But I have a bad habit of spending instead of saving. I make give or take $100, $2400 a month and only 1100 goes to bills and 600 or so for my eating habits and 200 to cigarettes. If you ask me where the other 400-600 goes I couldn't tell you.

yea, they will. im using a prop valve from a 98 gsr. i swapped over the bracket, which is a bitch to do because of the tamper proof screws, and everything lines up great. no bending or reflaring needed. however, you will need to rebend lines when using an abs master cylinder, like from a type r.
