My vote is for the J swap even though the kit to do it is kinda pricey (at least to me). J35A8 out of the 07-08 TL-S and run it man. Whatever swap you go with that's a beautiful vehicle to start with

Yeah, this li'l car is fuckin' awesome. Definitely going to need more power, probably just gonna turbo what's on here - motor runs pretty good, and I've probably got enough shit laying around to throw a decent turbo kit together...and AEM makes a plug-and-play harness for an Infinity for this car, so I could just get the harness and use the Infinity from the CRX - ain't like I'm gonna drive both of 'em at the same time, right?

I bought this neat "Advanced Keys" touchless entry/pushbutton start setup, but I kinda feel like it may be a little TOO much...that, and my 2016 Silverado still has a regular "key" key - which I HATE. I'm not sure what sort of setup the 'rado has ignition wiring wise, I kinda doubt it's can bus, but I haven't looked at it...hmm.

Not yet, I bought a Directed "DBALL2" bypass module preprogrammed for my truck and the plug-and-play Directed T-harness that should make the install as straightforward as possible. Have been planning on doing a thorough DIY / writeup as it seems lots of folks are interested in this but there aren't a lot of well put-together installation writeups out there that I've been able to find (direct more traffic here WOO WOO!) but I haven't had a spare weekend to do it yet. Was planning on doing it over New Year's but this Rolls ended up kicking my ass for about 2 weeks more than I expected it to...prolly get this done in the next few weekends

The system just don't seem complete right now. Remote start is on Viper and Compustar but proximity is on the Advanced Keys. would be nice if they were all in one.

Advanced Keys has remote start with it; and if for some reason that didn't work, the DBALL2 has the option for 'remote start with lock 3x' or whatever the fuck key combination they have

yeah, i'm seeing a lot of cool shit for options. i'd like to get the advanced key remote and use the trunk button to auto-pop the tailgate. i better start reading some wiring diagrams. lol
