cyl 1 and PART of cyl 2 send 99% of the reading to the wastegate. 3 and 4 jsut fire away at the turbo, inducing spike

Gotcha. Makes perfect sense...

Well, the next car I get that will see boost will either have 6 exhaust ports or just 2, so hopefully wastegate placement won't be as much of a problem.

:)

Your manifold looks like a ram!!! :worthy:

My Inline pro places the wasstegate up top, and puts the wastegate in a nice "collective" place for all the runners...

It's a VERY high quality log style manifold... I've seen 600 at the wheels and more made with one.

yup- the Inline pro and the sfp are probably the 2 best log-style out there. the drag mani sucks ass though.

HF manifold's are the SHIZZY, yo! :)

We put a 16g on a Sol Si like B's this past weekend. At 8 PSI, that thing RIPS.

thats what i want to know as well and do they make them for h series cause i want to boost my h22 this winter but i want to retain my ac a ps

a/c = yes
p/s = yes

hell, im keeping my p/s with the fullrace kit, and now, they have an a/c compatible kit that still fits the t3/t67 turbo.

o2 sensor bung goes down in the downpipe/cat of the hf mani.

inlinepro.com's website sucks

nice job mounting the intercooler "better" it looked kinda odd the other day when i saw the pics, but much much better now

:)

day 11

update y0!

got not too much done. my pregnant sister is over for the week while they paint her house, and she goes to bed at like 8:30, so its lame.. and i can't make noise after that for the most part with out the old man flipping out... god i need my own place...

anyway,

got my cute K&N filter on :D
and for my future reference, part num: RU-2510

due to the fact that i'm using the z6 harness now, i had to re-wire the 3-bar map onto the z6 harness....

DSC00536.JPG

Power steering cooler had to be modified, as the turbo goes right through where the loop usually is. so, we looped it. We did this yesterday. took the old hose from the Ractive intake breather line :D hopefully it will hold. cut the cooler bar, looped it in place.

the crap brakes i was going to take off, but "couldn't make noise" so i couldn't bang on the damn screws.

so it gets the finger of the day

DSC00542.JPG

then, holy shit! there's a grasshopper the size of my fist on the garage wall!!! EEEEEEK!!!!

ok, enough of that guy... i put him in a box and escorted him out of my garage unharmed :D

i robbed the z6 of its vtec solenoid, as mine had the plug cut off. swapped that on.

DSC00547.JPG

the reverse switch on the gsr tranny was weird and broken, and wouldn't plug in. so i robbed the harness off the LS tranny, and wired that all up together, and extended the wires some as it was too short.

these splitters own

DSC00549.JPG

finally, i can't find what this plugs into. its a round plug that's deep- no plastic. almost looks like the oil pressure sensor on the back of the block... which leads me to believe its a tranny fluid sensor of some sort... any ideas?

DSC00550.JPG

and thats all from today. everything else would have "made noise"... and im kinda tired anyway...
99% of the wiring is hooked up. I just need to get a dizzy, fuck with the injectors, and lengthen the oil pressure sensor wire, as it doesn't reach on the back of the block.

That plug you're looking at is for a water temp sensor under the distributor... look for a single prong below the VTEC solenoid there in that jumbled mess of chit. It's at the base of the head, just above the tranny bolts. ;)

As far as the super duper yellow line you used for hte power steering cooler, FORGET IT. That line is a high pressure line, and that silicone tubing will expode. Go get some high pressure line, like Fuel line from autozone or Pep Boys or whatever you have that'll fit there. Seriously. Avoid a mess the first time you crank the car and turn the steering wheel at all! :)
