I need to know asap which radar detector to get. Whistler 1670 or COBRA ESD9200. Thanks
 
I can't afford that. I won an ebay auction for the Cobra, but the seller said he could sell me the new Whistler for the same price. So I'm wondering what to do.
And if anyone wants the hidden radar detector from Whistler that retails at $400, I know where to get it new for $125.

Whistler has the same features of the Cobra, and has digital display and memo recorder, too. But I know the Cobra reputation and their good detection.

Go with either the V1 $399 or the Escort Passport 8500 $299.
the only two you should ever think of buying.

Man , Do you really need a radar detector so bad tha you can't wait a few weks to save some more cash. The others IMHO aren't worth shit. You get what ya pay for.


If the detector your buying doesn't have a reciever like this one

i had a whister. it did its job good, untill i got busted by by the airplanes..bastards. the one thing radar detectors dont pick up
