Im burning a good bit of oil at high RPMs and i want to have my valvetrain rebuilt. I have the seals and everything i just dont have the time (or the tools) to pull it apart. I was wondering giving a rough estimate how much it would cost to take the car with the head on it to a machine shop and having them do the seals and cleaning up my valvetrain. And also if anyone knows a good machine shop that knows Hondas around Mobile AL please let me know.
