I would do something a little more modest. Like a D16Z6, put some of the extra cash toward a wideband O2 and dyno tuning you'll have cash for suspension upgrades. -or- LS/Vtec
i would go with the 98 spec type R b18c and get the lsd trans to go wit it...final drive is lil bigger for better gas miles..and should be close to 3500 for a good setup and you will be please with it if this is one of your first swaps wit good power and reliable
